Like play therapy, this is suitable for adolescents and adults who are looking for a safe space to work through issues they may have through a non-talking medium. Increasingly play is being used as a therapeutic tool for teens and older people.

Parent-Child Attachment Play

Parent-Child Attachment Play (PCAP) is a gentle play-based approach to help children aged 3 to 15+, in their mental and emotional development. It is designed to allow parents to be the agent of change in the process and as a result, improve parent-child attachment quality and relationships in the long term.
