How we can help ...
We offer services to help children, parents, carers and educators around the Beeston and Nottingham area, to support both themselves and those around them.

Play Therapy
Play therapy is a safe therapeutic space for a child or young adults to work through their issues and challenges through a range of play mediums under the watchful and professional practitioner.

Play and Tales Session
Picture and story books work wonders in helping children and adults make sense of themselves and the world around them. Stories can offer comfort, solutions, strategies and hopes while at the same time feed the imagination and provide escapism.

Creative Arts Session
Like play therapy, this is suitable for adolescents and adults who are looking for a safe space to work through issues they may have through a non-talking medium. Increasingly play is being used as a therapeutic tool for teens and older people.

Book Prescription
Receive up to two books per month to help manage your mental health, discover new ideas, explore self-awareness, or improve attachment and relationships.

Parenting Support
This is a one-to-one session to help parents deal, manage and refocus on what is important in their parent-child relationship.

Parent-Child Attachment Play
Parent-Child Attachment Play (PCAP) is a gentle play-based approach to help children aged 3 to 15+, in their mental and emotional development. It is designed to allow parents to be the agent of change in the process and as a result, improve parent-child attachment quality and relationships in the long term.

Clinical Supervision
Supervision provides a space where counsellors can re-experience difficult feelings safely, reflecting and exploring possibilities or solutions.
