Parenting Support
This is a one-to-one session to help parents deal, manage and refocus on what is important in their parent-child relationship.
What needs to change in your parental journey? Perhaps you promised yourself you'd stop shouting, stop hitting or not argue so much. Yet despite all your best intentions, you fall back into old habits. The ability to change certain behaviours can lead to a happier more peaceful household. Reading parenting books, talking to friends or attending seminars & workshops can be useful and even provide temporary relief, but we need a long-lasting change that increases our confidence and improves our parenting approach.
Coaching is about action, achieving and problem solving. I believe that you have all the answers you need and my role is to help bring those skills out so they work for you and your family.

The sessions are confidential and non-judgemental. It can be arranged in a face-to-face, phone or online video call that is best suited to your circumstances. This service is suitable for parents with children of all ages. Please be aware that coaching is not therapy or counselling. If necessary, you may be referred to seek professional therapy or counselling.
